About Thai Hao
A single point of contact in Vietnam for buyers of fruit, coconut products, agricultural products, seafood, speciality goods and furniture.
What we do
Thai Hao Agricultural Products and Minerals Import Export Co., Ltd (Thai Hao) is an import–export company. We have ready supply in Vietnam, match each buyer’s request to the goods we have on hand, inspect them before they ship, and take care of packing, documents and transport. You deal with one contact, even when an order covers several products from different regions.
Who we work with
Importers and distributors who need steady supply; traders and buying agents who need someone on the ground to check and consolidate goods; and companies that need a specific product but don’t yet have a supplier in Vietnam. If what you need isn’t listed, send us your requirements.
Vision and mission
Vision
To be the supply partner in Vietnam that importers come back to for fruit, coconut products, agricultural products, seafood, speciality goods and furniture: ready supply, clear specs, delivery on time.
Mission
To get Vietnamese goods to international buyers to the agreed spec: we keep supply ready, check the goods before they ship, prepare the documents in full and report the true condition of the goods at each step.
Core values
Straight about the goods
We report what we see: real photos and real specs, including when a lot falls short.
Specs prepared to market requirements
Each product has a spec sheet prepared to the requirements of the importing market, starting with Europe.
Checked before delivery
Goods are checked against the agreed spec before they go into the container.
Clear terms up front
Price, delivery terms, payment and documents are agreed in writing before we start.
In it for the long run
We want the second and third order, so we take care with the first.
