Privacy policy
We collect only what you enter in our forms and the minimum technical data the website needs to work, and we use it only to reply to you and handle your request.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or the quote request form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, country and the details of your request. The server also records your IP address briefly, to block repeated submissions. The website does not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote and discuss your order. We do not sell this information or share it with others for advertising.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The information is stored on the website’s server. Only the Thai Hao staff who handle requests, and the technical provider that runs the website for Thai Hao, can access it, and only for the purposes above. We keep it for as long as needed to deal with your request and any business that follows from it.
Product advisor
When you use the product advisor, the options you choose and the note you type are sent to an external AI service to prepare the suggestions. We do not send your name, email or phone number with them; please don’t enter personal details in the note.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work and no advertising cookies. Your quote basket is stored in your own browser and is sent to us only when you submit a request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by sending a message through the Contact page. You can also withdraw your consent at any time in the same way.
