Ri6 is a Vietnamese durian variety, widely grown in the Mekong Delta and also found in the Central Highlands. The flesh is deep yellow and thick, firm rather than watery, with a rich, sweet taste; many fruits have small, undeveloped seeds.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
