Srayong durian is named after where it grows, Srayong village in Kulen district, Preah Vihear province, Cambodia, rather than after a registered variety. Durian from this area is known for its sweet, pleasant taste.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
