ST25 is a fragrant long-grain rice variety from Vietnam. The cooked rice is soft and fragrant.

Unlike Jasmine, which is a group sold under a common name, ST25 is sold and labelled under its own variety name; any allowance for other varieties is written into the contract. Long-grain white rice with 5 % broken is not fragrant and is a separate product.
