Chanee (Thai: ชะนี, code D123) is one of the most widely grown durian varieties in Thailand. Its thorns are large and short; the flesh is deep yellow, growing softer and creamier as it ripens, with a very sweet taste.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
