Kanyao (Thai: ก้านยาว, meaning long stem; code D158) is a Thai durian variety best known from Nonthaburi province. It is easiest to recognise by its very long stem. The flesh is golden yellow and smooth, with a rich aroma.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
