Red Prawn (Malay: Udang Merah, code D175) is a Malaysian durian variety. The fruit is medium-sized and oval with short thorns; the flesh is thick and sweet, ranging in colour from yellow to reddish orange.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
