Not yet openBawor is an Indonesian durian variety, officially registered as Kromo Banyumas and originating around Banyumas, Central Java. The flesh is thick and yellow-orange with flat seeds; the taste is sweet, strong and slightly bitter.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
