Chin Hoa, also called Com Vang Sua Hat Lep, is a local durian variety from Cho Lach, Ben Tre. The flesh is thick, copper-yellow and smooth, with a rich, sweet taste; the seeds are small, and many fruits have undeveloped seeds.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
