Jasmine is the trade name for fragrant long-grain rice; this is Jasmine rice grown in Vietnam. The grain is slender, and the cooked rice is soft, slightly sticky and lightly fragrant.
The rice is well milled and screened to remove broken kernels and impurities. ST25 rice and long-grain white rice with 5 % broken are separate products.
