D1 is a Malaysian durian variety, grown mainly in the state of Johor. The flesh is yellow and mildly sweet.
Durian is bought at the orchard and brought to a grading warehouse, where the fruit is sorted by size, checked for ripeness and tested for sweetness before it is boxed. We prepare each order to the fruit size you specify.
